Refund policy

At Nestly™, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for every customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The order is lost and never delivered (with the correct shipping address provided)

To request a refund for a damaged item, customers must provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The customer entered an incorrect shipping address
  • The customer changed their mind after the order was placed
  • The customer no longer wants the product
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • opened package

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, the product must remain completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition to be considered for any return request.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before completing checkout.

Nestly™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
